All of that exists in Odoo 19. What is rarely explained is which edition it comes with, how much it costs and how much of that AI reaches an SME running Odoo Community.

Odoo 19 incorpora una aplicación llamada IA. Según la documentación oficial de la versión 19.0, de ella cuelgan varias funciones distintas, que conviene no mezclar:

Es un conjunto potente, sobre todo para empresas con procesos muy definidos y alguien que dedique tiempo a configurar agentes y supervisarlos. Para el gerente de una pyme de 10 personas, la pieza que más cambia el día a día es la más sencilla: poder preguntar y obtener el dato sin saber dónde está el menú.
It is a powerful set, especially for companies with well-defined processes and someone who can spend time configuring agents and supervising them. For the manager of a 10-person SME, the piece that changes daily work most is the simplest one: being able to ask and get the figure without knowing where the menu is.
La IA de Odoo funciona con proveedores externos: la documentación cita OpenAI (ChatGPT) y Gemini. En Odoo Online no es obligatorio poner una clave propia; en Odoo.sh y en instalaciones propias, sí. Y la propia documentación advierte de que usar esas claves puede tener costes adicionales con el proveedor.
Odoo's AI runs on external providers: the documentation names OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Gemini. On Odoo Online you do not have to add your own key; on Odoo.sh and self-hosted installs, you do. And the documentation itself warns that using those keys may involve additional fees with the provider.
Aquí está la duda que más se repite. La aplicación de IA de Odoo 19 no forma parte del código de Odoo Community: el módulo no está en el repositorio público de la versión 19.0 (comprobado el 15 de octubre de 2026). Va con Odoo Enterprise, que se paga por usuario.
Here is the most repeated question. The Odoo 19 AI app is not part of the Odoo Community code: the module is not in the public repository for version 19.0 (checked on 15 October 2026). It comes with Odoo Enterprise, which is paid per user.
Y dentro de Enterprise, no todo está en todos los planes. En la página de precios de Odoo, la «IA agéntica» aparece junto a Studio entre las ventajas del plan Personalizado, no del Estándar:

Haz la cuenta con tu plantilla: con 10 usuarios en el plan Personalizado, a partir del segundo año son unos 279 € al mes solo en licencias, y cada persona nueva sube la cuota. Además, la misma página aclara que los créditos de compras dentro de la aplicación (IAP), entre ellos la lectura automática de facturas de proveedor y gastos, no están incluidos en ningún plan.
Do the maths with your own team: with 10 users on the Custom plan, from year two that is around €279 a month in licenses alone, and every new person raises the fee. The same page also states that in-app purchase (IAP) credits, including automatic scanning of supplier invoices and expenses, are not included in any plan.
