An honest caveat: the barcode scanning app (Barcode), with a scanner gun or phone, is exclusive to Odoo Enterprise. In Community, products have their barcode and can be searched by it, but the warehouse scanning flow is not included. Hay dos partidas: la licencia y la implantación. Con Odoo Enterprise pagas licencia por usuario; según la web oficial de Odoo, el plan Estándar cuesta 11,90 €/usuario/mes el primer año con pago anual y 14,80 € a partir del segundo (orientativo, sin IVA, octubre 2026). Con Odoo Community no hay licencias.

There are two cost items: licenses and implementation. With Odoo Enterprise you pay a per-user license; according to Odoo's official website, the Standard plan costs €11.90/user/month in the first year with annual billing and €14.80 from the second year (indicative, excluding VAT, October 2026). With Odoo Community there are no licenses.

According to a pricing guide by a Spanish partner, implementing Odoo in a micro-business with 1 to 5 users and basic sales, purchasing and inventory costs between €2,000 and €8,000 (indicative, excluding VAT, March 2026). In distribution teams tend to be larger: sales reps, warehouse, purchasing and admin.

El miedo habitual del gerente es que el cambio de sistema pare la operación. Se evita con un arranque acotado y bien preparado:
